For the 1st year I was a day student travelling from Sidcup
The second time I had a half grant supplemented by my parents and working
weekends at Safeway and eves in the Bar!
For MET1 I was actually paid!

Thanks Bob, but what did you live on?  I was lucky to get a grant for three
years from ILEA but I'm not sure they would have been willing to extend
it.... :-)
